I first picked up drone photography and filmmaking around 2 months ago. Learning to fly the aircraft was simple – too simple almost. I feel I had mastered 90% of what I needed to fly throughout the sky in a matter of minutes. Filming, however, was the hard part. This seems to be a skill mastered through years of experience. Piloting the camera into the perfect position is like watching a ballet in the sky. It’s truly remarkable to see a cinematic move executed to success. These are some tips I wish I had when I first began.
